The inaugural Milaap event took place on 25 December 2021, at the Pavanputra Convention Hall. This gathering was organized with the intent to bring together the descendants of Dewan Saheb, fostering unity and reconnecting family ties.

The event was exclusively attended by members from the families of Dewan Saheb’s sons: Abdul Malik Saheb, Abdul Khader Saheb, Md Saleh Saheb, and Dewan Hyder Ali Saheb. These families collectively represent approximately 1,500 members, including children.

Alhamdulillah, the event was a remarkable success, with around 900-950 family members participating in this first-ever Milaap, making it a memorable and significant occasion.

Hearty congratulations for the immense success of this programme. Kudos to all the committee members, volunteers and the members of KMD. Family ties are like spider webs. They are delicate, yet so strong, and if they are broken or destroyed, they can be woven again. And like a spider web, those intricate lines stretch out between all the family members, creating a connection that can still be felt even if not immediately seen. The best thing about this "family web," is that it's sticky enough to hold everyone together and help them feel they have a place where they are loved.

Assalamualaikum, Alhamdulillah it was a very beautiful program. It requires a lot of effort to conduct an event like this. It was an amazing experience. The time management was perfect.. Speeches were great. Arrangements were fabulous and on top of that Biriyani was like a cherry on the cake. This should not end here, Though it is difficult to identify all in one event, I wish these kinds of events to continue and we stay connected with each other in one or the other way possible.
